Moi, je vais cuisiner ça, ce soir :

Lamb Chops With Rice Dressing

Serves 1

• You will need:
  
• 80g lard
  
• 130g rice
  
• 60ml lemon juice
  
• 1 lamb chops
  

Instructions:

1. pre-heat the oven to 210 C
   
2. stir-fry the lemon juice
   
3. fry the lamb chops until browned
   
4. toast the lard
   
5. blend with the lemon juice
   
6. add the lemon juice
   
7. grind the lamb chops
   
8. heat the lamb chops in the saucepan
   
9. sift the rice
   
10. bake for 70 minutes and serve hot
