En raison du dernier commentaire, le déplacement en friendly me paraitrait adapté de la partie Cicéron Pas d'accord sinon sur la connerie du sujet; l'échec de la période d'ouverture internationale d'avant la première guerre mondiale (Voir Suzanne Berger) et les menaces actuelles sur la mondialisation posent des questions auxquelles les libéraux ont tout intérêt à apporter des réponses si nous ne voulons pas nous faire manger tout cru par les protectionnistes de tout bord

(No entries will be accepted by mail or by fax.) * Entrants may not enter both competitions in the same year. Thus, entrants to the Bastiat Prize for Online Journalism (BPOJ) may not enter the Bastiat Prize for Journalism. * To enter the BPOJ, your articles must all have been published online and must be freely available to view without registration or a password at the relevant website. * Articles may comprise or include the text of a radio or television broadcast if that text has been published online. * Self-published articles and blogs are eligible. * In the case of a question about an article's legitimacy, the author will be consulted and a final decision will be made by the prize administrators including the chairman of International Policy Network. * Up to ten articles/posts may be submitted for the BPOJ. * Entries must not exceed 4500 words in total. * An electronic document containing all of the articles (including titles, date of publication, place of publication) must also be uploaded through the online form. * Articles must be written and published in English. * Articles must have been published for the first time between 1 July 2008 and 30 June 2009. * Entries must state clearly the website where each article appeared and the date that each article was published. * Consideration will be given to the articles on the following criteria: intellectual coherence; persuasiveness; wit and relevance; clarity and simplicity; wider impact (as indicated by additional information provided by entrants in the online form). * Authors must nominate themselves, though submissions can be made by an assistant on the author's behalf with his/her consent. * Entries may be submitted from 11 May 2009. Entries must be received on or before 30 June 2009. * The finalists’ articles will be sent to the judges (a list of judges will be available on IPN's website). * The decision of the judges and IPN will be final. * Finalists will be invited to a prize dinner in New York City in October 2009.
