Il a écrit sur un pays: 1) avec esclavage; 2) où est nécessaire une permission pour voyager; 3) avec beaucoup d'exportation et presque rien d'importation (un pays économiquement pauvre non?) 4) il n'y a pas d'argent; 5) il y a de confiscation (pour le bien commun); 6) même les vêtements sont égaux; 7) l'enseignement est pour conserver l'État; etc. C'est une version de "La République", de Platon, mais de qualité inférieure.
