If the government could have shown that in the larger park, traffic could have been better cordoned off, the requisite scrutiny may have been met. But here we are.

J'imagine que si quelqu'un d’extrême droite avec de nombreux followers faisait une fausse affiche/annonce, ça ne passerait pas. Après il n'y a pas de lieu pour le "camp d'été décolonial" et donc pas de contre manifestant possible et de risque pour " l'ordre public ".

Il suffit de ne pas préciser le lieu /date pour qu'une "rencontre" ne puisse être interdit.
