Quel état de santé, quel âge avant de tomber malade ?

Déjà, réa et en coma artificiel, ce n'est plus pareil, et ensuite, on n'a aucune idée de l'état de santé avant. Le nombre de "jeunes morts du covid" qui étaient en fait en rémission/traitement de cancer, diabétiques, obèses, atteind de maladies diverses, ... est bien camouflé.

La stricte observation du nombre de morts sur des états indiens (donc pas 2000 personnes qui y vivent, plutôt des douzaines de millions) permet tout de même d'écarter un effet placebo.

Que les états d'inde qui utilisent l'HCQ et l'ivermectine + zinc ont de bien bien meilleurs résultats que les autres, que les populations pauvres, cantonnées aux médocs bons marchés, s'en sortent finalement nettement mieux que les plus aisés qui vont dans des cliniques & hôpitaux où les quelques médecins jugés experts leurs conseillent remdesivir et autres antiviraux qui ne marchent pas, coûtent un bras et sont plus ou moins toxiques. A la fin, le juge de paix est le nombre de morts au total rapporté à la population et si l'on s'en tient à ça, eh bien ce n'est pas brillant pour la médecine des riches.

Ce n'est pas tout à fait ma question : d'un côté, on a des gens qui observent ce qui se passe. De l'autre, des études, avec des biais. Celles qui montrent que ça marche semblent furieusement corroborer les observations de terrains menées sur un nombre maintenant croissant de médecins, de patients, de lieux. Pourquoi ces derniers éléments ne sont *jamais* utilisés dans les magazines genre Prescrire ?
