J'ai vu le truc avec Krefeld mais comme à chaque fois, impossible de trouver concrètement ce qu'il a fait, les ordres qu'il a donné, etc... Trouver des exemples concret réels de bons administrateurs/bureaucrates c'est incroyable comment c'est dur.
